At Samarth Tutorials, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you no longer wish to use the Samarth Tutorials mobile application, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

Registered Email Address
Registered Mobile Number (if applicable)
Student ID / Teacher ID (if available)
Reason for deletion (Optional)

Our support team may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request has been verified and approved, the following information will be permanently deleted from our systems where applicable:

User Profile
Name
Email Address
Mobile Number
Login Credentials
Student Account
Teacher Account
Attendance Records
Homework Records
Test Records
Study Material Access
Video Lecture Access
Notices
Doubt Box Messages
Payment History associated with the account (where legally permitted)
Other personal information linked to your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:

Any retained information will be securely stored and used only for the purposes required by law.

Processing Time

After successful verification of your identity:

Your account and associated personal data will generally be permanently deleted within 30 days of approval.

Important Information

Deleting your account is permanent.

After deletion:

You will no longer be able to log in.
All educational records associated with your account may be permanently removed.
Deleted information cannot be recovered.
